ALM Networking provides an AI-powered receptionist service designed to handle communication, scheduling, and customer management tasks on behalf of your business. This statement outlines how the service operates, what clients are responsible for, and important limitations to ensure transparency and avoid misunderstandings.


What Our AI Receptionist Does

Our service includes:

  • Answering and managing incoming phone calls

  • Making outbound calls when required

  • Booking appointments, reservations, and service requests

  • Pickup and delivery processing

  • Customer identity management and verification

  • Multi-call handling and queue support

  • SMS updates, reminders, and confirmations

  • Integration with your POS or ordering system through API or webhook access

  • Providing transcripts and communication logs when needed


Client Responsibilities

To ensure proper functionality, clients must:

  • Contact their phone carrier to enable call forwarding to the ALM Networking AI receptionist number

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date business information for scheduling and customer communication

  • Grant ALM Networking access to API keys, tokens, or webhook URLs for POS/ordering systems if integration is required

  • Ensure that all business policies, pricing, hours, and service details provided to ALM Networking are accurate

  • Understand that ALM Networking acts as a communication assistant and does not make business decisions


Service Limitations

While ALM Networking strives for accuracy and reliability, certain limitations apply:

  • AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or misunderstandings

  • Service availability may be affected by third-party providers such as telecom networks, SMS gateways, and hosting platforms

  • ALM Networking is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information provided by the client

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, though uptime is prioritized


Data & Security

  • Customer information is stored in a secure database accessible only through internal systems

  • No data is stored on external hard drives or public-facing servers

  • Communication data may be processed through secure telecommunication and AI systems strictly for operational purposes


Onboarding Process

  1. Client signs up for service and receives a free 1-week trial

  2. ALM Networking provides the assigned receptionist phone number

  3. Client contacts their phone carrier to set up call forwarding

  4. With support from ALM Networking staff the client provides necessary API or webhook access (if using POS integration/ordering system)

  5. Service is tested to ensure calls, SMS, and booking processes function properly

  6. Paid service begins after the trial unless canceled
