Free Trial

New clients receive the first week of service for free. No payment is required until after the trial period ends.

Refunds

​

Refunds are provided only for legitimate technical issues that:

• Prevent the AI receptionist from functioning, and

• Cannot be resolved within a reasonable time frame

If approved, clients may receive:

• A full refund for the billing period affected, or

• One free week of service as compensation

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for:

• User misconfiguration

• Incorrect business data provided by the client

• Third-party outages or limitations

• Changes in business needs

Cancellations

​

• Clients may cancel at any time.

• Access to the service continues until the end of the paid billing period.

• Cancellations during the free trial simply end service with no charges.
