These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ALM Networking’s AI receptionist services. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

ALM Networking provides automated receptionist features including:

  • Incoming/outgoing call handling

  • Appointment and reservation scheduling

  • Pickup/delivery processing

  • SMS confirmations and updates

  • Customer identity management

  • Multi-call support

  • API and webhook integrations

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate business and customer information

  • Not use the service for illegal or abusive purposes

  • Maintain responsibility for your own business operations and customer interactions

  • Contact your phone carrier to set up call forwarding so all business calls route to the AI receptionist number provided by ALM Networking

  • Provide ALM Networking with the necessary API keys, webhook URLs, or access tokens required to integrate with your ordering, reservation, or POS systems

4. Service Availability

Service Availability We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may occur.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required to activate service.

  • Refunds are only provided under the conditions described in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You may NOT:

  • Attempt to hack, bypass, or reverse-engineer our systems

  • Use the service for harassment, fraud, or harmful activities

  • Upload or transmit malicious content

7. Limitation of Liability

ALM Networking is not responsible for:

  • Losses caused by user error

  • Missed appointments due to incorrect user settings

  • Downtime caused by third‑party providers

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these terms.
